This trifecta of memorable flavours truly showcases the culinary versatility of the humble oyster. On one plate chef/owner Lisa Ahier presents some of her favourite oyster preparations consisting of a classic raw oyster simply served with mignonette, a japanese influenced broiled oyster with Miso Mayo and Salmon bacon and an eclectic fried hemp seed crusted oyster topped with avocado ice cream.

The Mermaid's Ball is an 'under the sea' themed costume party where guests come dressed in their mostinspiring 'oceanic digs'. This year 9pc Victoria Ska band 'Rocky Mountain Rebel Music' will be on hand playing some funky, groovey get your feet moving music. November 19: Oyster Gala

The Oyster Gala, an outstanding grand finale, will wrap up the weekend on Saturday night. Oysters any way you like them, beautiful B.C. beer and wine tastings, a chef-farmer shucking relay competition. 12 Local restaurants will on hand to present their most inspired Clayoquot oyster dishes for all to indulge. And we'll dance till the wee hours to the sound of Brickhouse, Vancouver's best party band.
