West Coast Barkley Sound

Barkley Sound is an area from Ucluelet up to Port Alberni and includes islands, most famously the Broken Group Islands, coves, creeks, channels, points, nooks, inlests, and Cape Beale, whose lighthouse marks the southern entrance. Just like Tofino is part of Clayoquot Sound, Ucluelet is part of Barkley Sound. This body of water is perfect for finding calm waters for kayaking and boat tours while being close to the majesty of the open Pacific Ocean.
